I was a nervous new mum with an 8 week old when I found Minimtots. I couldn't have picked a better, more warm, welcoming and fun group to join. Sue is fantastic and encourages the children to sing, play instruments or just to enjoy the space to move around. Tea, biscuits and a nice chat afterwards are a bonus. I took my daughter and then my son until they were both school age and cannot recommend Minimtots highly enough. Lisa.
The best Music group around!!!! I was introduced to Minimtots when my grandson was 2 years old, had seen other groups advertised but didn’t like the franchise element of them as this usually means they are less personal and often owners are quite pushy and very money orientated. Being that Minimtots had been established for over 20 years, was non franchise, was definitely more appealing to me. I’m all for supporting small businesses and this definitely fitted the bill. A free trial was offered and everyone was so welcoming. From the other parent’s/grandparents and carers of the children to the ladies serving the refreshments. What really made the whole experience so great was Suzanne. She was so welcoming and friendly and showed such passion in her interaction with the children. After our initial trial we attended Minimtots for 2 years until my grandson was due to start school. It was a sad day when we did our last class, we really didn’t want to leave. Minimtots runs during term time with some additional classes during the School holiday’s. This was a great opportunity for us to return and experience the wonder of Minimtots. We can not praise Minimtots enough, the way it is run, the small more personal classes. The fact that everyone enjoyed chatting and socialising after the class with refreshments which I must add are all included in the price was a great way to carry on the feel good factor you got from Minimtots. Would highly recommend MInimtos to anyone with a child or children under school age, even babies enjoy the sessions. Thank you Suzanne for the Minimtots experience, it is truly wonderful. Tracy
Minimtots are fun, warm and educational sessions. Myself and my little girl started them when she was only a few months old and only stopped when she started full time nursery. From day one she was hooked! She is now nearly 5 and at school but still talks about her Minimtots time and sings the songs. I am also sure that the love and skill Sue imparts during the sessions have instilled a love of music that prevails in her music lessons at school now. Emma.
I have been coming to Minimtots with many children for over 15 years. The children always look forward to coming to the fun sessions where they learn through singing, listening, turn taking and playing the large selection of instruments in a structured environment. Sue is always full of smiles and enthusiasm particularly at Christmas! I would highly recommend Sue and her Minimtots class to any parent or childcare provider as a fun class where their child will learn and flourish. Rosie
Singing with a range of instruments, fun for young and old alike. Seasonal songs, action songs, regular pattern to develop both familiarity and security. All children welcome as well as parents, grandparents and carers. 'Coffee and biscuits' add to the social network including everyone. How do I know, as a grandparent I took two grandchildren who have revisited since they started school. Baby to school age, give it a try you will be welcome and enjoy yourself. Meryl.
I am a childminder and have been taking my minded children to Minimtots for 10 years and they all love it. Suzanne is brilliant with the children and they love the fact that every week they have different instruments to play but the structure is still the same. Of course the refreshments at the end of our session are always a treat. Hilary.
I am now taking my third child to Minimtots. Its the highlight of our week. At 17 months he loves joining in with the songs and actions as much as he can and continues at home too. I'll be sad when he has to leave to go to school. Really can't recommend highly enough. Isabel.
